2021 is just everywhere the corner and we at Technology In
The Arts are curious about what our peers think will be the most anticipated
tech trends. Here are their answers:
1. Direct messages on the website for small and medium
businesses.
One of the fastest growing categories of small and
medium-sized enterprises (SMB) marketing applications are those that combine
website chat with two-way text messaging. These applications allow customers
visiting their websites to contact them directly through a web chat widget,! The
business owner or manager is notified of the customer's request and can respond
with a text message using the app. From this point on, the client can
comfortably exchange text messages with the company.
In 2021, these apps will make text messaging the primary
channel of communication between SMEs and their customers. Because these tools
allow communication between people, they increase the level of personalization
in marketing. It will also B2B Marketing Strategies enable SMEs to increase marketing relevance by
diverting resources from bulk emails. Finally, SMS messages are much easier to
create and do not require expensive design and writing resources.
These apps are especially valuable during COVID-19 as they
allow customers to quickly connect with companies through their websites. This
is useful when sales teams are not in stores or onsite to meet in person with
customers or answer a call. In addition, from a business perspective, these
applications make it easy to manage multiple conversations with customers at
the same time. They even include a mobile app that can be used to control
conversations remotely or remotely.
2. Electronic paper
I think e-paper will be one of the hottest trends in 2021.
E-paper gives your screen the ability to display black and white text without
the need for power and is ideal for anything that requires little data, such as
menus, news, and RSS feeds. E-paper is already being used in some e-readers
like the Amazon Kindle to avoid the short battery life they suffer from.
The main use of e-paper is the reading devices that we
usually use at home to browse the web, watch the news, or whatever. I think
that in 2021 it will become more common for use in an office environment,
mainly because it is not distracting except for repetitive movements, but we
already have this problem with TVs, computers and smartphones.
I see e-paper taking over places like hospitals and doctors'
offices where it’s important not to be distracted. I think we will see that the
next generation of Google Glass will allow the use of e-paper for all of its
text functions. I also think we'll see some great e-paper accessories that can
be hung on the wall with some kind of support.
3. Artificial intelligence
Increased use of artificial intelligence (AI) will become
the dominant trend. This includes robotics and automation, as artificial intelligence
is at the core of both. We have seen its impact, especially in the search for
drugs and vaccines to combat the ongoing pandemic, and their use in healthcare
will only accelerate in 2021.
As work gets done virtually (and not just because of the
global health crisis), the amount of data generated and available for analysis
using artificial intelligence will also grow. In addition, this data will be
collected mainly through cloud services, so this trend could be better
synthesized as AI in the cloud.
However, not only will organizations generate more data for
AI, humans will also generate more data through increased use of phones and
wearable devices - headsets, watches, glasses, etc. And this increased use will
lead to more virtual devices. virtual reality (VR) products enhanced by
artificial intelligence techniques and delivered to people through these
devices.
The accelerated use of AI will also be fueled by the need
for a contactless retail business. For example, AI stores without cashiers will
grow in size and quantity. Banks will also see an accelerated shift from
cashiers in physical offices to predominantly online transactions. This
transition from physical to virtual requires companies to adapt to changes in
their customers' behavior, and AI is the most appropriate technology to
understand this behavior and predict new one.
